At a recent meeting of Detachment 911, two men were recognized for their assistance during our recent Toys For Kids & Teens Campaign. Peter Gabor and Gus Scarglia, both Vietnam Veterans, have volunteered their time at the drop off center for several years now. They have helped collect toys as well as assist those families that came to the drop off center for toys.
Because of their commitment to the Toys For Kids & Teens Campaign, Commandant Louis Naple presented citations to each, making them Honorary Marines within Blackstone Valley Detachment 911 of the Marine Corps League.
